Audition Details
We’re so thankful for all that God is doing in and through our worship ministry here at Cross Kingdom, and are excited to present the opportunity to partner with you to serve Jesus through the medium of music. We encourage you to read through the Worship Ministry Handbook prior to auditioning.
Auditions are scheduled on an as-needed basis and will be announced within the Cross Kingdom calendar. To join the audition list, please request your audition using the form at the bottom of the page.
Required preparations are detailed below. Chord charts are available at Cross Kingdom Charts.
Drums, Electric Guitar or Bass
If you are auditioning for Drums, Electric Guitar or Bass choose one of the following songs and learn all of your parts by memory.
Acoustic Guitar
If you are auditioning for Acoustic Guitar choose one of the following songs and learn all of your parts by memory.
Piano and Keys
If you are auditioning for Piano and Keys choose one of the following songs and learn all of your parts by memory.
Male Vocals
If you are auditioning for Male Vocals please demonstrate both lead and harmonies. Choose one of the following songs and learn all of your parts by memory.
Female Vocals
If you are auditioning for Female Vocals please demonstrate both lead and harmonies. Choose one of the following songs and learn all of your parts by memory.
Requirements
Must review and abide by Worship Ministry Handbook. Ask questions if clarity is needed.
Must be committed to improving in your musical skills.
Must be able to play to a click track (metronome).
Must commit to adequate preparation outside of rehearsals.
Must commit to the Worship Ministry's values of Humility, Growth, Connection, Excellence, and Equipping.
